Its almost March already? D:

That was my first take on HDR photography. Still kinda dull. I have more to learn though.

Anyway, I can't believe its almost March! I mean, its like the time just flows through my finger tips.

But I think, life is like that. Nothing's gonna last forever. So you gotta make do of what you have at the moment.

I love high school life honestly. I mean the experience there is worth a lifetime. I mean. We literally spend a chapter of our lives here, albeit one of the most fun ones!

So how've I been lately? Super busy. As usual.

Well, don't blame me. Q1 of the year is always the busiest! Choir, Kawad, and First Aid Competition is in 2 weeks. MPOC Second Leg is in 3 weeks. Exam's in 4 weeks.

Yeah. So everything's pretty hectic as usual. But I have been having my fun too! Been taking and playing around with my camera. Trying to work out Photoshop! But I still suck at it though.

And well, I've been hanging out (read: Lepak) alot. And the Ian's getting smarter by the second. He's hair, getting longer, too.

And I continued Dota. Still sucked beyond anything.

Well. I can't really find any inspiration on what to blog about. Soon! I shall update! Unless people start reading my Twitter posts then.. hahah

Happy Chinese New Year!

What I love about Chinese New Year isn't the ang paos that are filled with my shopping money but its the occasion that you get together with love ones and celebrate a new year with festivities!

Ah awesomeness!

I went back to my grandaunt's place for CNY dinner as usual. Great when everyone is happy and joyous. Our family isn't as big or as close as some of the people I know but its still nice. (:

But hey, we get a week's holiday! Great isn't it?

Got to go out and stuff. And I held like an annual CNY open house at my house again. I think there was more people last year. But this year theres less but I'm closer to alot of them. (:

One thing I hate is hosting parties because you can't really sit down, relax, have fun and all those stuff. All I did was run around trying to entertain everyone. It was quite sad really. I didn't know what was going on and all.

Only the pictures can tell me what went down. Hahah but everyone had fun I assume. So I'm glad.

Don't make me do another open house damnit! ):

We're just different cause..

cause we've been in relationships.

We know not to give our 100%. Not wanting to rush. Afraid. Paranoid. Lovesick.

Sometimes you still think why we're not as easily to get hurt.

Well, you cant break whats broken can you?

When you love someone. You never really forget them. Never really hate them. You can't. Some things will bring back memories and in these memories are where they live on. These people. You never really lose someone you love. Quote from a book

When someone is in your heart, they're never truly gone.
They can come back to you, in the most unlikely of times.

For One More Day - Mitch Albom

What I'm trying to say is that, sometimes when you think back. You'll realize why you we're actually in love with that person in the first place.

And I personally think God's greatest gift to mankind second to Salvation is their ability to sing. (:

We're just different cause..

Ironic la weih.

Okay, so my chemistry report was due today. All 3 reports. I did one last night. After finishing my book. I manage to do one though.

Anyway, I woke up today, half-dead, like a zombie and did it in school. Had kawad in the morning so my voice isn't exactly very good now. I manage to do it. But it took me 2 hours.

I manage to finish it at 3.15pm. That was like almost 3 hours after school ended! But I told teacher I would pass up by today. So I went up to the teacher's room. Locked. Went to the lab. Locked.

So I came up with this brilliant idea. I took a picture and MMS'ed it to my teacher. LOL.

She said okay, pass it up after CNY.

I think I made a mistake.

I think I made a mistake..

I guess its my fault for taking you for granted and jumped the gun. Maybe I was too fast. The only reason why I did it was I thought, well, it doesn't really matter now.

Somehow I think about this everyday. No matter how the situation's gonna turn out someone's gonna get hurt. Right now I feel like a complete idiot. Living a world that's a lie. Its as if I'm living in my own world but in reality its just superficial.

I don't understand. This proves my point exactly why relationships are never gonna be my thing. FML

Happy Belated Birthday Mr. Jeremy!

Last Tuesday I went out for Mr. Jeremy's birthday gathering at Wangsa Walk. It was nice seeing everyone after my long hiatus. Ah, being with the likes of these people you can't help not to smile.

Anyway, we ate at BBQ Chicken. Which was kinda nice. My chicken was like a midget chicken or something. Or stunted. Whichever. But Stevie's one was huge! And by the time his food arrived we already finished ours. So everyone was trying to take his food.

And I love Yi En's "OH YEAH" face. Epic.

She isn't like that all the time unfortunately. xD

Even John James was there! Well, not technically there. He was on webcam. So everyone took turns talking to him. The first thing he said to me was

"Eh! You together with Mei Ji yet?"

-.- John john john. LOL

Ah but it was nice seeing John again! (:

I feel so bad for not getting Jeremy anything though.

Anyway, after that we went to visit Boon Hoe and gang at the Japanese food thing. Thanks for the free samples!

We went to bowl!

And jeremy said he wasn't good at it. Charles said that if he could get 3 strikes he'll kiss his ass.

Well, guess what?

Yeah. Pwned.

Funny thing happened though. The people bowling next to us. One of the girl. Well, everything she bowled you could see her undies. How I know? Cause we have a picture. LOL.

Not anymore though.

I think they perasan or something cause we were like damn kecoh la. And they followed us out wtf! Celine and the rest kinda escaped to the arcade next door. While some of us was kinda distracting them. They checked my camera wtf. -_-

Everyone was like damn tension hahah! So funny! And everyone was trying to beat the basketball machine's high score.

And air hockey!

It was really fun that night! Thanks for the memories!

Batu Caves!

Sorry but there won't be alot of pictures because I was on duty!

If you guys remembered, I posted about my batu caves duty back in '09 here.

Anyway, I finally got my wish this year! Since we were seniors we got stationed on the stairs! But let me tell you from the start. (:

This year's Thaipusam event was earlier compared to last year. We had no problems getting people to participate since there was quite a number. Since we we're seniors this year and there was no under 16 members we got to be stationed at the stairs! Which was great!

We arrived in the morning and immediately proceeded to the St. John HQ. Somehow Batu Caves looked better this year. I think they did some touch up work or something. I saw flowers! Hahah.

We reached the base and while I was helping Fabi fill up the forms the other peeps had to kawad. Suddenly the officer was like "You in charge right? Stand here." So I bodoh2 stand there next to fabi la. In my head I was like "Since when?"

I'm sorry but I almost burst out laughing looking at Daniel, who never kawad before literally jump when everyone hentaked. Don't worry! You'll improve!

Anyway, we we're given these free coupons for breakfast. I didn't take it though. I was having this stomach ache from God knows what la. So I was nicely doing my business in the HQ's toilet.

After I finished nature's call I went to meet up with the guys la. YES I DID WASH MY HANDS MIND YOU. Ugh. What happened next was funny. Arthur came and told me.

"The soya burgers taste like fuck!"

I then proceeded to say "I told you so."

Cause no offense but the food there tasted like shit. Period. But it was free so I can't complain.

We we're stationed at different parts on the flight of stairs. A pair on each side. I got the top together with Fabi as my partner. Across us was Angel and Karin.

Earlier in the morning there wasn't much things so Fabs and I had our heart 2 heart talk. Something really struck me then.

"Every guy would wait. But he will only for a certain period until he stops waiting and moves on."

Well said.

Moving on, We we're closer to those Kavadi people than last year. It was a really good experience! I suggest for anyone who has yet to go to Batu Caves to go. Its something that you just have to be there to experience.

The cold steel pierced through the flesh, the objects hanging from skin that looks as if about to tear, to the towering pieces of wood and steel perched on top of mere human beings that trust in their faith. Truly something worth going for.

There was lots of photographers and also a team from NatGeo. I wonder if I'm in the future "Thaipusam: The Documentary" hahaha!

Anyway, there was a few almost-faint cases. Quite a disappointment from last year since there was ONE faint case last year. But then there was these bunch of cuntfaces that pissed me off.
Like the lady in blue who made us rush down to check on her husband only to find out that she lied and just walked away. I proceeded to usher expletives towards her. Beetch.

Then there was this asshole who asked Nahrend to buy drinks for him. The conversation went as follows;

Guy: Eh boy, *hands over RM50 to Nahrend*. Help me buy drink

Fabi: Sorry sir but we're on duty. We're here to help those in need.

Guy: *While walking away says* You said your supposed to help people, then help me la. *Smiles sarcastically*

Fabi: We're here to provide first aid to those in need..

and some other stuff I cant remember. These kinda people are not only immature but downright retarded.

And then there was this guy who grabbed our water. Asshole.

But ultimately this whole thing is part of the job. I really appreciate being given this opportunity and I might do it again. I mean, the feeling you get when you help someone is truly a great thing. Like how Fabi and I brought a crying baby down the stairs all the way back to the HQ. (:

All in all I walked the stairs 8 times in total. I went home. Slept from 6pm till 8am in the morning. It was tiring as hell. But well worth it! Everyone gained a valuable experience and learned alot. (:

I wish I could have taken more pictures though. Even though I wasn't supposed to.

I did, however, manage to get a pic. :P

Ian's 6th Birthday!

Ian you lucky bastard. I wish I had 4 pretty girls come to my house just to wish me happy birthday. :P

Anyway. My beloved adik angkat has turned 6! He was so happy! He kept reminding us about it a few days before it. It kinda brings back memories to when I was small and super hyper..

I'm still small and super hyper. >.<>.<

There was like a BBQ on Sunday which was fun too! Even though I was late, as usual. Uncle Adrian makes the best BBQ ever. And Uncle Patrick buys the best cuts. (:

Great time I had! More updates to come!

Long due post!

Team Ultimate Speed. (:

As you guys may know I've been training really hard for my tournament which was the Malaysian Paintball Official Circuit which has 5 legs per season.

Its my second time playing in a paintball tournament. The first time was last year. Which was terrible. Really really bad.

I'm really happy and really proud of my current team, Ultimate Speed. They're not only nice people on the field but they're really nice people outside the field too. I can't remember how many times my drinks was paid for! Its not cause I didn't want to. They just didn't let me!

Anyway, after training for a few months at Xtion, Bukit Jalil we we're ready for our tournament on the 23rd/24th of January.

Daniel. LOL

We play under Division 3. The tourneys are split into 4 divisions which categorizes teams according to level of skill. But then again anyone can jump into Div. 1. but then they can't revert back to Div 4,3 or 2.

Anyway, the first day was really good cause we manage to win 4 out of 5 games which shocked everyone. Because our team was new, no one heard of us. But because of our performance that day. It was beyond anyone's expectations. The second was tougher because we were up against more experienced teams. Like Hammer Zero, Spunky Militia, and what not.

But the good news is we manage to qualify for Quarter Finals. Which was good enough. We wanted to be top 10. But we ended up being in top 8. (:

Credits to dez@residentevilchef.com!

The whole paintball experience was a good one. I can't wait for the second leg! (:

Oh. On the side note. If anyone has any queries about paintball please feel free to ask me (:

And thanks to Carmen for coming. ♥ You.
